This was a moving and enjoyable evening. Julian's introductory talk was fascinating and the varied readings selected by each writer made for a most entertaining evening in aid of an excellent cause. It was particularly splendid that the publishers had given free copies of their books to be sold in aid of the Medical Foundation

So glad you enjoyed the event, Kate. If you have any information regarding which texts were selected for the readings, I'm sure visitors would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

A friend of mine was able to attend, but I haven't yet received their summary of events. When I have more info, I'll be sure to post here.
